LEAVENWORTH WINE WALKS AND COVID-19
May 2, 2020: Due to coronavirus circumstances, The Leavenworth Spring Wine Walk, June 6, is cancelled.
July 21, 2020: Due to COVID-19 circustances and our inabiltiy to license and safely, legally present, The Leavenworth Fall Wine Walk, Sept. 12, is cancelled.
FOR TICKET HOLDERS:
Thank you for your recent calls and messages regarding the arrival of refunds. We are in an extremely unfortunate situation. For almost 20 years we've partnered with Brown Paper Tickets and received outstanding services. Until this event, no provider we worked with held a candle to BPT repsonsiveness and willingness to find solutions for our events. HOWEVER, COVID-19 hit BPT especially hard and they have not yet recovered. Please read this link from Brown Paper Tickets CEO: https://www.covid-recovery.brownpapertickets.org
Our case worker has assured us multiple times that everyone WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED. We are trying to help any way we can, but we are never given the ticket purchase money until we've staged the event, which is totally fair, of course. But it means we have no direct way of interacting with your funds!
SPRING TICKET HOLDERS WAITING FOR REFUNDS: As soon as we know more, we will post it here.
FALL TICKET HOLDERS: We are not providing an option to donate to our association via your ticket refund as we did for Spring Walk. Although we could really use the help, we are afraid BPT may take longer to refund. So it will be simple. If you bought tickets, you will be refunded. When that will occur is unknown. We will keep you posted here too.
