I am a Local Cashmere artist who has turned my gallery into Barns Etc Hard Cider Shed located in rural Cashmere Washington. My husband and I have been serving our Country Elegance Heirloom Blend Hard Ciders for 6 years.
Our adventure in the cider industry began with a goal to use the rare heirloom apples and fruit for our ciders with attention to hand crafting an exceptional taste profile. These apples are now sought after far and wide as the cider industry continues to grow. The complexity in taste with the English dry technique has successfully drawn our customers back for more.
We contacted Master Cider maker Tim Larson of Snowdrift Ciders for help and came up with blending 4 varieles of heirloom apples together for our Country Elegance Dry blend, then adding the Pink Lady® apple for our Medium and the Honeycrisp apple to our Sweet blend. Our collection of Country Elegance has expanded to include an Heirloom Perry and our new Cherry Cider blend which starts out sweet with a “pie cherry” tart finish.
We invite you to take the lovely drive out to the Cider Mill where we are located across the drive in the Shed! Come for an event or just to taste.
