Wenatchee Avenue, running through the heart of the historic town of Wenatchee, is a participant in The National Main Street program. The Main Street approach encourages self-reliance, local empowerment, promoting new business in old buildings, refurbishing and preserving historic architecture, a pedestrian-friendly environment and much more. All of that fits right in with the mission of Cascade Farmlands member Wenatchee Downtown Association.

The WDA's goal is to strengthen and enrich folks experience in downtown Wenatchee; accomplishing that task provides fun opportunities for locals and visitors alike. In the downtown core, you can enjoy the buildings, the plantings, the storefronts and a variety of places to eat and drink while discovering one-of-a-kind items in unique shops.

In addition, great events rotate through the Numerica Performing Arts Center monthly. For instance, on March 21st, the smash hit performers Recycled Percussion from America's Got Talent take the stage.
